Surface is a hardcore solid run, some inclines and some decents, through the swales and trees of Glenvale Park

Normal running shoes will be fine

Keep to the left if a slower pace

If overtaking allow plenty of space and a pleasant warning to those ahead

Please note parking is available at the construction parking off Niort Way (Access B) and the Nursery/Play Park and laybys outside the School
